Located on a lifestyle block in rural south Canterbury, the Brosnan Residence overlooks farmland pasture and onward to the Southern Alps.
A building orientating along the east west axis was a means to an end to maximize the views to the north and natural light. With clients’ enthusiastic about experimenting, the traditional rural home was not on the cards.
